Governor Gavin Newsom presented a game-changing proposal to the Directors Guild of America (“DGA”), and also to the; Entertainment Union Coalition (EUC), the American Federation of Musicians (AFM), the California IATSE Council (CIC), to LiUNA! Local 724, to SAG-AFTRA, to the Teamsters Local 399 and also to the Writers Guild of America West (WGA-W) requesting support and committed to combating runaway production with a plan to strengthen State tax incentives throughout the country and to more than double the current California tax incentives.

President Trump named Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson and Jon Voight as ‘Special Ambassadors’ to “Troubled” Hollywood — They will serve as Special Envoys to help bring back productions to Hollywood and to the USA, which has lost many productions over the years to Foreign Countries do to their incentives.
